cancellation
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours prior to your appointment or you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

I value my client's time as well as mine. All services require a credit card to reserve/book an appointment.

DEPOSITS
A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be put into your service. Deposits for appointments are non-refundable.

LATE Fee
If you arrive at least 10 minutes past your appointment start time, you will be charged a standard late fee of $25. If you will be arriving 30 minutes past your start time, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a 'No Show' fee.
This is to respect my guidelines and clients for the day.

NO SHOW
Late longer than 30 minutes and for those who do not reach out prior to appointment, forgets the appointment, etc - the appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged in full.

Reschedule policy
If you reschedule your appointment 3-4 days in advance, you can use your deposit for the next appointment.
If you need to reschedule your appointment more than once, a new deposit will be required.

BOOKINGS
All appointments must be booked online. No walk-ins.
Services can take minimum 2 hours.
Please be sure to read and follow the Hair Prep guide before booking an appointment. If you do not follow this preparation, you will be charged a Hair Prep Fee. No exceptions.

AGE REQUIREMENT
All full services are for ages 13 and older. I do offer Kids Dry Curly Haircuts (no wash & style).

GUEST POLICY
Out of respect to our clientele and small salon space, guests are not permitted. 8-17 year olds are allowed one parent or guardian.
